Oakland has a rich history and a long resume for producing fine young musicians. Keeping in time with that tradition are guitarist, Justin “jHawk” Hawkins, and drummer, Victor McElhaney. Both young leaders are progenies of Oakland School of The Arts, and co-founders of this soulful and jazzy quartet, “The Charm”. Currently, Clark Sims on bass and the lovely Alexis Angulo on keys are complementing this delightful group.
